• Charter School Authorization & Governance Frameworks
  Strategic advisory on charter development, accountability structures, board governance, and regulatory alignment within Alberta’s education system.
• Early Learning & Child Care (ELCC) Operator Start-Up & Licensing (Non-profit only)
  Licensing readiness, operational compliance frameworks, staffing and safety standards, and alignment with Alberta’s Early Learning and Child Care regulatory requirements.
• Continuing Care & Group Home Licensing Support (CCLO Alignment)
  Policy and operational guidance for continuing care providers, including group homes and community care settings, with emphasis on licensing compliance, service standards, and governance systems under Alberta’s Continuing Care Licensing Office.
